Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using joeconsorti.com, subscribing to or participating in The Hard Money Room (the "Community"), accessing the BTC Cycle Monitor or any dashboard, tool, or data feed we provide (collectively, the "Tools"), purchasing any product or service, or booking a 1-on-1 session, you agree to these Terms of Use, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Joe Consorti Media LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("Joe Consorti Media," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, do not use this site or its services.

Educational Purpose Only

All content and features provided through this website, The Hard Money Room community, and the BTC Cycle Monitor and any related Tools — including videos, articles, written materials, scripts, social media posts, live calls, chart drops, community posts, 1-on-1 sessions, and any score, index, rating, signal, verdict, price level, zone, target, or other output generated by the Tools — are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this site, in the Community, or in the Tools constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind.

The BTC Cycle Monitor's composite score, its "Buy/Sell Signal" or verdict (including labels such as "Accumulate," "Hold," or "Distribute"), and any price levels, accumulation zones, invalidation levels, or cycle triggers are educational illustrations of a framework only. They are not, and must not be interpreted as, a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold Bitcoin or any other asset. These labels are descriptive of a historical model, not directive.

Neither Joe Consorti Media LLC nor Joe Consorti personally is a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, attorney, or tax professional. Nothing you read, watch, or hear through this website, the Community, or the Tools should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, security, or investment product.

You should not act on any information provided through this site, the Community, or the Tools without first consulting a qualified, licensed professional who is familiar with your individual financial situation.

No Guarantee of Results

Past performance discussed on this site, in the Community, or through the Tools is not indicative of future results. Any projections, estimates, forward-looking statements, or hypothetical scenarios are for illustrative purposes only and carry no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and any investment carries the risk of loss, including total loss of principal.

This applies fully to any output of the BTC Cycle Monitor. The fact that the framework's score has historically corresponded with cycle tops or bottoms is a description of past data and is expressly not a prediction of future prices or a guarantee of any outcome.

The Hard Money Room (Paid Community)

Subscription and Billing. The Hard Money Room is a paid membership billed on a recurring monthly basis through the Skool platform. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Founding Pricing. Members who join during the founding period (the first 50 members) are billed at the founding rate of $47 per month and retain that rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If a founding membership lapses or is canceled, the founding rate is forfeited, and re-joining is at the then-current standard rate.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the then-current paid period.

Refunds. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

No Guaranteed Availability. Features, tools, cadence of posts, live calls, and the dashboard may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at the Company's discretion. Membership is access to an evolving community, not a guarantee of any specific feature, deliverable, or level of service.

The BTC Cycle Monitor and Third-Party Data

The BTC Cycle Monitor and related Tools aggregate and display data drawn from third-party sources, including but not limited to the Bitcoin Research Kit (bitview.space), the Federal Reserve Economic Data service (FRED), and alternative.me. The Company does not own, control, audit, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data. The Tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable, and the Company is not liable for any decision made in reliance on it.

1-on-1 Sessions

Sessions booked through this website are educational conversations only, not professional financial consultations.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No fiduciary relationship is created by booking or attending a session.
  • Neither Joe Consorti Media LLC nor Joe Consorti personally owes you any professional duty of care, fiduciary duty, or duty to disclose any specific information.
  • The relationship is solely that of educator and audience member.
  • Joe Consorti Media LLC assumes no liability for any financial decisions you make as a result of information discussed during a session.
  • You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on session content.

Refund Policy: Sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time via the original booking link. Sessions canceled or missed without 24 hours' notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

Sponsored Content and Affiliate Relationships

Some content on this website and on channels and platforms operated by Joe Consorti Media LLC (including YouTube, X, and The Hard Money Room community) may be sponsored, paid for by third parties, or include affiliate links. Sponsored content is disclosed within the content itself in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Sponsorship of content does not constitute an endorsement of the sponsor's products or services beyond what is explicitly stated in the sponsored segment. Joe Consorti Media LLC accepts no liability for the products, services, or claims of any sponsor or affiliate partner.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, in the Community, and in the Tools, including but not limited to scripts, videos, graphics, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, the composite scoring framework, and dashboard design, is the intellectual property of Joe Consorti Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, repurpose, resell, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Joe Consorti Media LLC.

User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, the Community, the Tools, or their underlying systems.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with operation of the site, Community, or Tools.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating through the site or Community.

By participating in The Hard Money Room you additionally agree not to impersonate the Company, Joe Consorti, or any other member; solicit other members for external products, services, or investment schemes; or share, resell, or redistribute paid community content, dashboard access, or materials outside the Community. The Company will never contact you first by direct message to request money, private keys, seed phrases, or payment; any such contact is fraudulent and should be reported. The Company may remove members and revoke access for conduct violations without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joe Consorti Media LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, the Community, or the Tools; reliance on any content, score, signal, or data published or displayed through them; participation in any session; or interaction with any sponsored content.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, financial loss, or any other intangible loss, even if Joe Consorti Media LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with Joe Consorti Media LLC is to discontinue use of this site, the Community, and the Tools.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of this site, the Community, the Tools, any services provided through them, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Massachusetts.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site, the Community, or the Tools shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

You may assert individual claims in small claims court if your claims qualify and remain in such court. You and Joe Consorti Media LLC agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically by Joe Consorti Media LLC. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account, if applicable, or by posting a notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site, Community, or Tools after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joe Consorti Media LLC regarding your use of this site, the Community, and the Tools, and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
